Customer Service and Order Processing Executive

- Sales order processing:
a. Ensure the timely processing of orders received onto company systems
b. Carry out job processes including ensuring the sales order is auto received onto the company ERP system correctly, and placing the necessary purchase orders with supplier.
c. Assist Customer Service Manager with supplier performance to ensure delivery dates and client expectations are met order management system.
d. Following company methods and procedures you will effectively communicate with the client so they are kept fully informed of job progress throughout the order cycle
e. Ensure every order is acknowledged to the customer
- Support colleagues as necessary to ensure customer experience is of an even and high standard at all times (including cover for absences)
- Aid and support Manager with customer requests for schedule/dates, and queries where necessary
- Closely liaise with the production and dispatch departments, primary contact is the Production manager. This may on occasion extend to practical assistance in the completion of orders

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
