We are currently hiring an experienced Payroll Administrator to take ownership of processing TrustQuay payrolls globally alongside our outsourced provider iiPay. This is a part time role, 15-20 hours per week**.**

This position will come with a competitive salary plus several other benefits including pension, private medical, company bonus, life assurance, income protection, hybrid working, 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays and more

**The Role**:

- Manage TrustQuay's payrolls which are outsourced to iiPay. There are 10 payrolls in total and approximately 150 employees. Accuracy is essential as is the ability to manage the entire process from start to finish ensuring approvals and payments are executed on time
- Prepare and post monthly payroll journals, including intercompany recharges
- Prepare monthly payroll balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and submit payroll year end reporting e.g. PSA
- Maintain the holiday pay accrual
- Assist with payroll audit and other payroll related queries that arise from time to time
- Manage the iiPay relationship and take responsibility for ensuring governance meetings happen, issues are raised and resolved
- Prepare quarterly sales commission statements and manage payroll execution thereof
- Work closely with HR to ensure Finance and HR are aligned
- Completion of ad hoc payroll analysis

**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- Payroll experience (at least 2 years experience)
- Comfortable using payroll software solutions and finance systems

- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work closely with other teams within the business as required, but also the ability to be self-motivated and work independently
