We are looking for a Legal Trainer to join our team.
- Own the employee 'onboarding' experience ensuring that appropriate communications, tools, and training interventions are in place to maximise the performance potential of new joiners
- Creation and implementation of a induction and training program for all staff.
- Training of all staff on inhouse Case Management and Accounts System.
- Regular one-to-one coaching sessions with trainees to develop skills in specific areas.
- Delivery of Training Workshops.
- Communicating feedback from training and coaching sessions to the Management team and agreeing actions to ensure implementation of learning takes place.
- Design, develop and implement online training through a portal.
- Prepare and present quarterly progress reports to the Management Team.

Requirements:
- Experience of providing training solutions in a wide variety of delivery methods including virtual and face to face learning
- Demonstrable experience in training design and delivery for all levels
- Pragmatic and commercially focused approach to providing Learning & Development solutions
- Excellent communication, influencing and partnering skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels, both internally and with external strategic partners
- A performance-improvement driven approach and an interest in up-to-date learning and development theories and approaches
- Previous experience of working in an HE/Ofsted regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential
