RubyRose Designs is a Tattoo Design themed and social media based company. Despite only being just over a year old it has grown massively and now hosts an ever-growing community of followers on multiple social media platforms. They design and sell tattoo designs, artworks and fashion & merchandise products.

RubyRose is a female led brand, the founder creates feminine art with an edge that is unique and new to the tattoo world. Based in Brighton, it is an up and coming brand whose only goal is to create universally loved artwork that inspires those who view it.

**Job description**

RubyRose Designs is seeking a reliable and dedicated Studio & Social Media Assistant to join the forward-thinking, creative and ambitious small team. As this is a varied job, you must be prepared to do each task to the best of your ability and be ready for anything

You will be working directly under the founder and designer in a positive and progressive environment to complete exciting projects and photoshoots. There will be lots of room for your own input and collaboration with the lead designer as well as a clear path of career progression.

**What you will do**:

- You will be the main point of contact for customers, followers and suppliers.
- Conceptualise, develop and help execute any product drops and all social media content across all platforms.
- Complete all packaging to a high and stylised standard and dispatch of orders.
- Finalise all uploads and managing of all e-commerce across the website.
- Daily Ad hoc duties.

**What You’ll have**:

- A keen interest in Social Media, experience preferred, to be familiar with Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest etc.
- A creative eye and passion for art, design and the tattoo world.
- The ability to create mood boards, conceptualise ideas and execute these to a high standard.
- You’ll be a dedicated team player who has strong communication skills as well as the ability to work off your own initiative.
- Experience with an e-commerce platform or knowledge of a website builder is preferable but not necessary (e.g. Wix)

**Part-time hours**:20-25 per week

**Immediate start. 3-month probationary period.**

**Job Types**:Part-time starting, with potential for full-time, post probation.

**Salary**:£10 per hour with salary review post probation.
