**Location**: In-person, in studio (Brighton)
- **Rate**: £150-£200/day (depending on experience) + incentive bonuses
- **Commitment**: Regular 1 /1.5 days per week (potential to increase hours based on success)

We’re looking for a **creative, detail-oriented, and proactive** Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help grow and shape our **luxury framed silk scarves** brand’s online presence. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on a growing business and see your ideas come to life.

We focus on **authentic connections** and **meaningful growth** — no shortcuts, no gimmicks.

**Your Responsibilities**

**1. Content Ideation**
- Develop fresh, creative ideas for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Suggest blog topics, special features, and collaborations that align with the brand.

**2. Content Creation**
- Produce engaging, brand-aligned posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
- Capture in-studio content (iPhone is fine) when required.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Oversee scheduling and maintain the content calendar.
- Maintain a consistent posting rhythm and brand voice.
- Analyse performance data and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

**4. Trend Spotting & Creative Application**
- Research and integrate trends in **interior design, art, and fashion** into content strategy.

**5. Commenting & Tactical Following**
- Identify and follow relevant accounts strategically.
- Regularly engage with the target audience to build rapport and brand visibility.

**6. Performance Goals**
- Build a **dedicated, engaged following**.
- Generate inbound enquiries and ultimately, sales through social media activity.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong eye for design and aesthetics, with an understanding of **luxury and high-end markets**, especially fashion and interiors.
- Confident with major social platforms and scheduling tools.
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering **the best** rather than the easiest or fastest solutions.
- Track record of running successful social media campaigns.
- Ability to utilise AI to boost productivity without over-reliance.
- Ability to write effective TOV copy for posts and short blogs
- Forensic attention to detail

**Bonus Skills (not essential)**
- Presentable appearance in line with our brand + comfortable and happy appearing in front of the camera.
- Proficiency in InDesign or Canva or other creative tools.
- Understanding of paid ad campaigns, including how to optimise budget and targeting.
