**Position: Senior Prep Artist**

**Department: 2D**

**Location: London / Remote**

**Reports To: Head of 2D**

**A remote position but must be based in UK.**
- To deliver prepared filmed plates to a high standard to the compositing team.
- Tasks would include wire and rig removal, cleaning up greenscreens, paint fixes and plate recreation in 2.5D.
- The senior prep artist will also help with the mentoring of more junior roto / prep crew from time to time.
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- You must have a minimum of 3 year Roto Prep experience Experienced using Nuke.
- Ability to import tracks from Mocha and other programs. Compositing mattes to check paint/prep work, using Nuke A strong eye for detail and precision.
- The ability to understand and evaluate what work needs to be done and report bid days back to production
- Must have the ability to quality-check their own work before publishing their elements prior to compositing
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver on schedule while working under pressure.
