Prestige Nursing & Care has provided home care for over 75 years and we have 35 local offices in England and Scotland. We look after a variety of clients in their own homes and we also work with local care homes, nursing homes and the NHS.

**Who will you be helping to make life better for?**

We are looking for new professional support workers who have previous experience of working with individuals, who may have moderate or profound learning disabilities. Embodied within the role will be the ability to support indepedant living, effective communicationskills and a passion to empower our clients to lead as full a life as possible. There will be an expectation within the role to deliver elements of personal and clinical care.

**How will you be helping our clients?**
- Medication management and administration
- PEG feed, suctioning, ABI (depending on clients needs)
- Help around the house
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- General emotional support

We're looking for:

- Six months' paid experience in care
- Excellent communication skills
- A driver's licence & own car is an advantage
- Good professional and personal references
