This role involves providing person-centred, trauma-informed support to adults with autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs in a safe, structured home environment. You’ll work varied shifts, including long days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, supporting individuals to develop independence, confidence, and life skills. A driving licence is highly desirable, as you may support people to attend appointments, education, and community activities.
