**Award Winning Multi-Surgery Dental Centre - The Dental Studio, Wakefield nad The Dental Architect, Leeds centre.**

**Full-Time Treatment Coordinator**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator (ideally with GDC registration and dental nursing experience).

This could be a perfect opportunity for someone experienced as a Dental Nurse seeking a new challenge. Full training and support will be provided.

The position is immediately available.

- Well presented, personable and with great communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections and barriers to treatment
- Explain the key advantages of treatment at The Dental Architect
- Motivated by achieving goals Organised and with impeccable attention to detail GDC registered (preferred)

**More about the role**:
You will be the patient’s link to the practice and will be the main point of contact to coordinate their treatment journey:

- Delivering a structured patient consultation
- Presenting detailed treatment plans
- Discuss pricing and payment options to the patient
- Following-up with treatment uptake
- Support the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Achieving monthly conversion rates, targets and maintaining weekly reports
- Supporting all members of staff to maintain a smooth-running practice

**The Fundamentals**:

- Qualified and GDC registered dental nurse (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales-based customer-focused role (preferred)
- A positive and passionate approach to customer care
- A calm and professional manner
- Ability to manage own workload

Pay: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
