The Centre School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and pro-active Operations Assistant to join their welcoming team.

The Centre School is an SEMH Special School. We provide education for approximately 104 students from across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas and places are constantly in demand.

We work tirelessly as a team to support the young people on our roll ensuring that the vast majority are able to become successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. Being part of this team is rewarding work, but it does require resilience and positivity.
- Has experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
- Has excellent IT skills, with the confidence to use Excel and learn new school systems and processes
- Passionately believes that all children can achieve, no matter what their starting point, background or needs
- Can work autonomously, prioritise conflicting demands whilst managing a diverse and demanding workload
- Is highly organised, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of contacts effectively and professionally
- Is aligned to our values and mission. If you are the type of person who fits with our culture, you will love working here
- Can organise, administer and facilitate cash flow requirements, including daily ledger records
- Is proactive and flexible and approaches challenges pragmatically to ensure the best outcome for students, parents, carers and the wider school team
- Has meticulous attention to detail, and can utilise systems and data to find the best way to successfully support projects and tasks.
