**Responsibilities**
- Complete bottling run reconciliations timely and accurately
- Support with bulk and finish goods order administration
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Book stock onto internal ERP/accounting system
- Check shipping documents
- Populate and check data in production plan for our bottling plant
- Approve Freight and Demurrage invoices
- Process bulk and finish goods invoices
- Participate in regular meetings/calls with our partners (bottling plant, freight forwarders, etc.)
- Own the Technical Specifications database
- Liaise with Australia to manage up to date technical information on all products including managing vintage changes, new products and NPD
- Assist with stock reconciliations and month end processes
- Highly numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across all functions and build relationships with external business partners.
- Keen to work in international logistics.
- Computer literate (e.g. MS Excel).
- Keen to learn and take on responsibility.
- Organised with strong time management skills.
- A problem solver who can positively challenge the status quo and look improvements in process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Willing to show flexibility and adaptability during peak business periods.
- Self-motivated. Pro-activity & a positive attitude is key to making a difference within a lean organisation.
