**Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing**
**A Few Things About You**
- Attention to detail is key and you will need to have the ability to verify customer data and documents, while adhering to acquiring and business guidelines
- Ability to talk a customer through the set up of their hardware/software over the phone by clear communication and descriptive instruction.
- Accurate record keeping and detailing account specific, relevant information.
- Expertise in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand imagine.
- Looking for an opportunity to add additional revenue by supporting the customers growing business for additional hardware, Ecomm, cash advance etc.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to engage peers and third-party suppliers
- Be part of a team, looking at supporting your colleagues and feeding back ways to improve customer experience.
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackpool, FY2 0JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer or Onboarding: 1 year (preferred)
