**Trainee Customer Experience Specialist - £25,000 + OTE, Full Time, Blackpool Honda**

We are not shy to admit that the motor trade has changed over recent years. And so has our customer’s expectations and ours too.

We want bright, enthusiastic people that are a joy to be around. Someone that is always thinking ahead to how they can make a difference to someone’s day, exceeding all expectations and to deliver 100% of what they promise. An experience customers will want to shout about.

You will no doubt be passionate about motorcycles. We want you to make our customers passionate about our brands too. You’ll need a full clean UK Drivers Licence as we want you to be able to talk from experience about our products.

The highlights:

- Good basic salary (dependent on experience) with uncapped earning potential
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day every 5 years
