Robertson Bell is working with a fantastic organisation to recruit Three interim Payroll Administrators roles on an initial 12-month fixed term contract, within a large and complex organisation. Following a recent restructure, this newly created payrollfunction is led by a fantastic Head of Payroll who is passionate about creating a successful and thriving payroll department.

**The main responsibilities of the interim Payroll Administrators include**:

- Enter and verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
- Manage all payroll queries from staff members, responding quickly and finding resolutions to solve queries efficiently, escalating any high-level queries to the supervisor where needed.
- Ensure a highly professional customer service is provided to internal stakeholders.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in administering payroll.
- Able to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Brilliant customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
