Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity in the world of Estate Agency? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our close-knit, family-run agency. In this role, you’ll be vital in promoting a diverse range of properties and helping us grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct viewings for clients across various properties
- Market homes through our online platforms and Abingdon office
- Leverage social media to promote our brand
- Engage with new and existing clients
- Manage check-ins, routine inspections, and check-outs for tenants
- Qualify leads and match clients with their ideal homes
- Collaborate closely with our team members

**Working Hours**: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and Saturday from 9am-3pm. You’ll work four weekdays and every Saturday.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A self-motivated individual with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Proficiency in using computers and social media
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility to meet the daily needs of the business
- Good command of Math and English (Grade 4/GCSE Grade C)
- Valid driver’s license (held for a minimum of 2 years) with no more than 6 penalty points

**Salary**: Enjoy an achievable on-target earnings of £40,000+ with a base salary of £30,000 and an uncapped bonus scheme. A car allowance will also be provided.
