**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a seamless dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Provide assistance during catering events as required, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support bartending duties when necessary, including preparing drinks and managing the bar area.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Skills in food preparation or catering will be considered a plus.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a friendly demeanour are essential qualities for this role.
- Experience in bartending is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.49 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
