Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Skills in catering, bartending, or food preparation are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed.
