Leading on the recruitment of Care Worker vacancies across a number of services and geographical areas.
- Providing a full recruitment service to other areas of the business including Head Office vacancies.
- Run internal and attend external recruitment events relevant to the localised area.
- Screen and interview applicants to identify potential employees, through traditional interviewing methods, and also assessment centre approaches which adhere to legislative requirements and good practice.
- Working with marketing to create bespoke materials to publicise the organisation
- Contribute to the evolvement of the recruitment processes.
- To provide weekly updates to the HR Manager and Registered Managers regarding the vacancy pipeline.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Registered Managers to understand the needs of their services.
- Engage with and build relationships with colleges, universities, job centres and other external organisations, in order to fill vacancies and to create a pipeline.
- Maintain a professional image of the company and promote the business at every opportunity.
- Uphold an equal opportunity and anti-discrimination practice.
- To carry out other reasonable duties as delegated by the HR Manager and other members of the Senior Management team.
