Role: FTC 12 months Digital Marketing Coordinator– Thorne.  Salary: £30K per annum. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing offering support to the team in effectively delivering the brand(s) and corporate marketing strategy. You will be part of a busy marketing department that will need a flexible individual to take ownership of multiple tasks within the department. You will play an instrumental part across all digital marketing channels social media and online advertising whilst aiding in supporting the day-to-day marketing of the brand(s) and corporate direction. This is an office-based role, where the individual can thrive in an ever-changing work environment and develop a strong product and sector understanding. We are looking for a candidate of graduate calibre looking to progress their marketing career in an exciting and rewarding sector. Responsibilities: Continue to develop and manage the day-to-day running of the brand(s) website whilst delivering effective reporting mechanisms. Aid in maintaining and developing the company’s social media platforms develop relevant content whilst increasing company outreach. Email marketing; setting up campaigns, feeding into the content strategy and reporting on the campaign results, looking at making improvements. Paid media (managing campaigns across PPC, SEO, paid social media). Create content to be used across different channels in the form of video and written content. Play an effective part in delivering email communications to business partners and optimise results through ongoing analysis. Manage and maintain relevant databases for email comms. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on the overall marketing strategy linked to target sectors. Ensure effective brand marketing communications, including online, digital PR and advertising. Support internal, external events to have a positive impact. Support on photography, image sourcing, brand filming etc Prepare and distribute brand marketing communication materials. Maintain and replenish branded promotional material. To conduct any other duties as requested to perform within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS Team player who works well within a team, builds positive relationships across the business. An interest and experience in SEO and experience in reporting on paid media campaigns. Strong experience in CRM management and email marketing. Proven ability to run multiple social media channels and build the audiences.  Experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media advertising. Experience in reporting and managing Google analytics / G4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to develop content. Creative thinker, someone who can look to differentiate from its competitors. Efficiently organise their time to achieve high levels of productivity. Proficient in Microsoft packages. Strong understanding and proof of use of social media channels. Effectively manage your own workload, sticking to agreed priorities and deadlines.
