This is a great opportunity to work within our Accounts Receivable team as part of a small Cash Management team and enjoy working from home 3 days a week post training. You will enjoy building working relationships internally with the AR function, branch managers and employees throughout the UK.

If successful, you will be joining a team of likeminded individuals who are working together to reduce the business’s debt portfolio to a minimum as well as ensuring our customers’ needs are met for all their billing needs.

**The Role**

The main purpose of this varied role is to ensure all customer payments are allocated in an accurate and timely manner with customer accounts being reconciled. You will also be providing ongoing guidance, support & training to all members of the AR function.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- High volume cash allocation
- Remit Validation
- Account reconciliation
- Take credit card payments
- Responsible for direct debits
- Assist with any audit requirements
- Review & investigation of unallocated cash
- Make adjustments to the receivables ledger where required
- Close liaison with the credit control team regarding any queries
- Intercompany chasing of invoices and payments
- Any other ADHOC tasks as required
