HEMS Ltd a specialist company for supplying the latest equipment for the servicing and maintenance of heavy machinery used in construction, agriculture, oil and gas, marine, and mining industry worldwide.

Currently we are looking for an International lead generator to prospect for new customers in the overseas marketplace. This is an exciting role for those who are passionate about international business and communication.

International Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for products and services.

This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing.

This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the team successful.

Having experience in international sales and similar industry will be preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

**Responsibilities**
- Prospecting for new customers in the overseas market
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify opportunities to improve performance
- Providing customer service to potential clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the company
- Maintaining relationships with potential clients by providing them with information about new products or services offered by the company
- Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research, such as surveys or focus groups
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.

**Package**
- Office Based Only - Mon-Fri (8am to 4pm)
- 28 days holidays
- Early closing time on Fridays (all paid)
