Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a West Yorkshire based organisation which is rapidly expanding and requires a Group Financial Controller.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing financial leadership across the group, guiding the financial agenda
- Supporting the FD to maintain a robust financial control framework and taking ownership of accounting and financial policies
- Be part of the senior leadership team, shaping the development and growth of the business
- Maintaining appropriate financial accounting provisions
- Managing the group treasury function including cash flow forecasting
- Management of and developing the future banking and funding strategy of the business
- Managing the external audit process
- Managing tax for the group, with particular emphasis to R&D on internally developed IT systems and foreign subsidiary transfer pricing
- Driving a continuous improvement environment
- Delivery of a significant amount of project work to drive improvements across finance

This opportunity is ideally suited to an qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Financial Controller with extensive statutory accounts experience.
