**Female Marketing Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing activities.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the marketing team.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for marketing projects.

2. Campaign Coordination:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

3. Content Creation:

- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the development of visual content, such as graphics and videos.

4. Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience.
- Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.

5. Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics.

6. Event Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**No previous experience required, training will be provided.**

**Job Types**: Commission, Part-time, Temporary

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Leicester, LE4 (required)
