Marketing Assistant

You will be playing a critical role in this business by supporting the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executives in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organization's.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Organising and assisting in the delivery of a range of Pick Everard events planned throughout the year. This includes coordination of collateral required for events and supporting in setting up and presentation of exhibitions while dealing with internal contacts attending events.
- Ad hoc support in the production of Pick Everard marketing materials, including press releases, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, photography, and e-newsletters and overseeing the website news and content.
- Maintaining campaign reporting to feedback performance with business stakeholders.
- General coordination and administrative support to the Marketing Team.

**About You**:
This
** **role will be suitable for an individual with a creative nature and have the following attributes, skills and experience:
**Key Requirements**:

- At least 12 months experience of similar role is desirable.
- Proficient and experienced user of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Knowledge and use of social media as a marketing tool]
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Self
- motivated, proactive and excellent organisational skills
- Work well under pressure, have the ability to manage time with multiple tasks and within deadlines
- Team player, collaborating effectively with those around you
