How you’ll make a difference

This is an exciting and brand-new role, reporting directly to our CTO. It is a key leadership position that will be critical in establishing, developing, and implementing TSBs business architecture and strategy whilst ensuring alignment with the bank's overall technology initiatives and business objectives.

You’ll manage and nurture a new Business Architecture function, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, whilst streamlining our IT enablement processes.

You’ll champion agile working and knowledge management best practices and be a key advocate for the Business Architecture function to promote its value, benefits, and contributions to the bank's overall success.

What you’ll bring

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a passion for driving change and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Experience of establishing and leading a Business Architecture function

Extensive experience of business architecture

Strong knowledge of industry-standard Business Architecture frameworks (such as ArchiMate and BIAN)

Proven track record in developing and implementing business architecture strategies in a large organisation, preferably in the financial services sector

Excellent understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements
