Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to work with us on amazing hospitality projects in the UK and Europe. Following a successful probationary period, this is a permanent role for an experienced UK based professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing technical drawings, construction drawings/details, and assisting with the development of architectural designs. You will be proficient in AutoCAD, sketch-up and photoshop and ideally have a knowledge of Revit and NBS software. You will be used to liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and other industry professionals, and be cognisant of the pressures and requirements of working within a busy creative practice, to demanding deadlines. You will be hardworking and technically savvy and be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations along with construction and brand standards. You will also be required to produce planning drawings, including Design & Access Statements. Qualifications Suitably qualified HNC level, (min) and CIAT accredited. 5 years + commercial, retail or ideally hospitality experience. Salary & Benefits According to experience and skill set by mutual agreement.
