**Salary: £10.42 Per Hour**

**Contract: Full time, 35 hours per week**

**Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm**

You are experienced, compassionate, observant, and confident in leading group activities. You are empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to assisting people with various needs who can present challenging behaviour. You are skilled in monitoring changes in mood and developing techniques to calm and de-escalate using activities. You’re able to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and adapt to suit their needs. You are comfortable providing personal care, and always adopt a person-centred approach.

We offer full training so you **must** commit to a fully paid, full time 2-week induction.
