You’ll coach and mentor your team, helping them grow and succeed, while managing day‑to‑day staffing and maintaining compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards. You’ll build positive relationships with residents and their families and provide guidance during on‑call incidents, ensuring the team feels supported and residents can live confidently and independently.
