Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment. Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided. Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone's day. Ideal Candidate The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care and support. You will be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record‑keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it is not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Salary and Hours Salary: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, 4/3 shift pattern (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun, Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri) Requirements A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal but not essential. Walking routes are available. No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
