**What will you be doing?**:

- Acting as an advocate for the direct report in consistency meetings and being aware of any issue with their performance
- You will be actively demonstrating Barclays Behaviors and encourages this behavior in direct reports
- You will liaise, and working closely, with Project Managers or Product Owners, keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks, issues and budget control
- Engaging with management and stakeholders as appropriate to obtain agreement to required design changes
- Ensuring all governance and performance measures and standards are adhered to

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience of managing the end-to-end process of the project from initiation to implementation
- Agile Scrum project delivery
- Evidence of change management capability in an operational environment
- Knowledge of relevant Contact Centre Telephony and technology - AWS Connect

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
- Good knowledge of Change Management Principles
- Web server software knowledge
- Knowledge of improvement tools and techniques
