As a Barclays Agile Team Coach, you will be working in the Channels Engineering team which has more than 1,000 employees. This team is responsible for delivering a seamless, end-to-end technology solution to our clients, supporting the vision and strategy for Technology and Operations across Barclays. You will be responsible for helping to shape Scaled Agile within Blueprint, following an adapted Spotify model. This is a high exposure role in which you will be supporting, planning, tracking and reporting on progress to business stakeholders.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Working with the Agile Coach to promote Agile values and modern working behaviours amongst the Tribe
- Helping to shape requirements and working with stakeholders to manage priorities and plan delivery of new components or changes to the brand(s)
- Managing expectations with regards to working with other teams and understanding their deliveries
- Owning a number of ceremonies including squad stand-ups, planning sessions, show and tell, retrospectives and Scrum of Scrums
- Coordinating with other Agile Coaches / Agile Team Coaches, being aware of projects and providing support, where necessary, on their delivery
- Championing agile ways of working, growing and promoting cultural best practices, such as Guilds and Chapters, and growing engineering communities
- Serving as the “front door” into development squads, enabling and enhancing their velocity whilst maintaining their wellbeing and morale
- Being responsible for incremental adjustment to working models allowing autonomous yet highly aligned Squads to thrive

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in working in large software implementations with many teams delivering code across multiple areas
- Demonstrable experience in rolling out large change across multiple business areas and dealing with business colleagues
- Experience of working in a cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience of working in an end-to-end software development lifecycle

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Previous experience in a similar capacity delivering Scaled Agile in a Spotify model environment
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master

**Where will you **be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
