This is a fast paced and lucrative role with completely uncapped commissions available and will provide you with all the necessary tools required to start your new career In Estate Agency, with full training provided, guaranteed commission during your first2 months and further progression opportunities available.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- An understanding of an estate agency is desirable but not essential
- We provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role
- Experience In up-selling additional products and services desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided.
- Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
