We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new **Customer Care Advisor **(Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, 9am-5pm or 9.30am-5.30pm).

**Who are Alloga?**

Alloga UK provides supply chain solutions for healthcare manufacturers. A highly successful, rapidly growing Company that provides a range of warehousing and distribution services to an increasing number of Clients, specialising in pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary, and consumer products. Alloga UK support some of the largest blue-chip pharmaceutical companies operating in the UK.

**What will you do?**

You will embody Alloga’s core values in providing the highest level of Customer Care to both our Clients and Customers. Working as part of an established team, reporting into the section Supervisor and Team Leader, you will be required to respond with Client and Customer enquiries to a high professional standard. Bank Holiday working will be required.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Communicate with Customer and Clients, and co-ordinate responses from internal departments
- Process orders in an efficient and accurate manner

**What will you bring?**

**Key skills & attributes;**
- Previous Customer Service or Order Entry Experience preferred
- Service orientated with the ability to work well within a team environment
- Well organise with Excellent PC and administrative skills
- A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
