**Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 2.30pm-6.30pm (with the opportunity to pick up more hours, you will need to be flexible)**

**Hourly rate: £10.33 per hour**

Blue Arrow Derby are currently working with a reputable company responsible for providing goods and services to thousands of customers throughout the UK. We are proud to be working in partnership with such a popular and well established business that are looking to expand their business.

We are looking for x2 Customer Support Advisors to join the team on a 3 month FTC, with the opportunity of gaining permanent contracts.

Duties will include:

- Triage patients/clients that have been referred by local authorities/health professionals
- Taking incoming calls
- Dealing with enquiries
- Providing information about services and products available
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Ensuring a great experience and service for customers
- Data entry using the company system
- Working in busy office environment
- General administrative duties as and when required

About you:

- Customer service and/or administration experience is preferred
- Team player and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Warm, friendly telephone manner and the ability to use your own initiative
- Bring good judgement and be an effective multi-tasker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently support and encourage others
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Can consistently demonstrate thoroughness and accuracy in your work
- Show excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Remaining calm and having a friendly under pressure attitude
