Huntswood is looking for Utilities Complaint Handlers with utilities and complaint handling experience to join an exciting project based in our Glasgow Office. As a complaint handler you will be investigating business customer complaints and resolving them with solutions that suits the customer and the company. You will also be taking and making calls from customers to deal with their complaints in a timely manner.

**Start Date: 20th January 2025**

**Day Rate**:£155 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

**Location**:Glasgow City Centre - This is a office based role

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

**What Huntswood is looking for**:

- Experience investigating complaints for a utilities company
- Experience working for a water company would be beneficial
- Experience working with commercial customers would be beneficial
- Commitment to work at client's office in Glasgow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in writing and over the telephone
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word

Pay: £155.00 per day
