We are looking for passionate and caring people to join our teams as a Deputy Childcare Setting Manager in Hackney, London.

As a Deputy Childcare Setting Manager you will be responsible for
- Supporting the Setting Manager, you’ll be using your experience, qualifications and our policies to create an exciting play environment for children to thrive.
- Assisting to lead a team of educators to provide a whole of child approach to learning.
- Engaging with children in entertaining and educational play.
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and security is a primary focus
- Being a leader, empoweringyour team to deliver within safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

**For Your Adventure**

We know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but here are some things that will help you get the job:

- Level2 or 3 Childcare Qualification
- Some experience working with 4 to 11 year old children is essential
- Previous experience managing a team would help
- Enthusiasm and a passion for people.
- Excellent communication skills
- You’re a big kid at heart
- Paediatric first aid qualification is a nice to have (we can organise this for you).
