**Portable Appliance Tester Service Manager-London**
We have a great opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Compliance Team where you will be managing a team of PAT engineers. Here you will be required to ensuring that Key Performance Indicators are achieved, and work is completed to a high standard.

**A day in the life of an Electrical Equipment Testing Service Manager at phs**:

- Liaising with National PAT Service Managers on recruitment to ensure that the region is always adequately resourced in line with order book requirements.
- Review and report on productivity daily and action any issues promptly.
- Ensure all engineers are correctly using their PDA’s and submitting all reports and paperwork within the agreed SLA’s.
- Measuring and valuing engineers completed work to prepare for billing, and review and approve invoices related to completed work.
- Ensuring engineers adhere to Health & Safety at Work Regulations, Health & Safety Policies
- Promoting and managing safe driving standards, taking relevant action where necessary in accordance with company procedures.
- Managing all types of employee absence.
- Conducting face to face toolbox talks and 121's with engineers
- Processing engineer PDA timesheets weekly
- The flexibility to work evening/night shifts to support our customers’ requirements.
- Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points
- City & Guilds 2377
- A good level of IT literacy.
- Experience working in a PAT testing environment
- An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
