**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be part of a vibrant team that delivers unparalleled customer experiences. Your journey with us will involve the following:

- Conducting market appraisals for potential landlord clients, showcasing the benefits of our letting services and property management offerings to secure instructions.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential landlord clients, encouraging them to place their properties on the market under our expert management.
- Curating and managing a database of potential tenants, organising and leading property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to landlords.
- Championing the negotiation process, ensuring landlords and tenants find common ground for an agreeable arrangement.
- Overseeing pre-tenancy checks to streamline the rental process and foster smooth transitions for all parties involved.

**What We Offer**:

- Working Hours: Embrace a work-life balance with a schedule from 9 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm on Fridays, and every other Saturday from 9:30 am to 4 pm (with a lieu day provided after Saturday shifts).
- Financial Perks: Enjoy a generous £3,000 car allowance and a £500 fuel allowance, allowing you to navigate your professional duties easily.
- Lucrative Commission: Reap the rewards of your hard work with a commission structure ranging from 10% to 20% on listings and letting properties.
- High Earnings Potential: For those who excel, a total salary, including commission, of approximately £60,000 is well within your reach.

**Your Location**:
**Living within a 45-minute drive of Finchley Central N3 is a prerequisite for this role.**

Additionally, having daily access to a car is essential, given the considerable time you'll spend on the road, visiting properties, and meeting with clients.
