Martyn Gerrard has a large team of Lettings Negotiators with a large portfolio of properties to let, which is always increasing. Therefore, we are looking for new, highly motivated Lettings Negotiators to join our Company. Whether you are a junior or anexperienced Lettings Negotiator, as long as you are highly driven and motivated, you are the Lettings Negotiator for us.
The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regularbasis and supporting other members of staff.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of 2 years in a sales position
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
- Interest in property
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organised
- A natural Negotiator
- A full Driving Licence
