Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Halifax who is looking to expand their existing Customer Service team. In this role you will be supporting key accounts with queries, order updates and schedulingrepairs.
You will be first point of contact for all new and existing business accounts to discuss products available, process new orders and arrange delivery within agreed timescales.
In your new role, you will benefit from a basic salary of £19,000 Per Annum, whilst only been required to work Monday-Friday 0830-1700 with the option to work from home after training.
The main duties of your new role
- Receiving inbound calls from new and existing key customers
- Taking and processing new customer orders
- Logging repairs and scheduling engineers
- Dealing with complaints and offering first time resolutions
- Providing order updates within agreed timescales
- Producing reports for senior management
- Ensuring that internal systems remain up to date with accurate information
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Someone who is able to show empathy with customers & handle calls of a sensitive nature
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong administration skills
