**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**French Speaking Sales Administrator (Interior Design)**
**Salary: up to £25,000 - £28,000 Depending on Experience + Excellent Benefits**
**Location: Poole, Dorset (office based position)**

** Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break - 35 hours per week **

**Main duties**:
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients and to increase sales in the export markets

**The Role**:

- Dealing with clients' enquiries (orders, invoice, product, prices)
- Maintaining an accurate record of product information & pricing
- Providing an excellent level of Customer Service at all time
- Assisting the sales team for the trade shows
- Dealing with Export documentation
- Liaising with other departments to ensure timely shipments to customers

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- **Fluent in French to mother tongue standard essential (both written and spoken)**:

- Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration desirable
- B2B Customer Service experiences would be a bonus
- High level of commercial awareness
- Dynamic personality and team player
- Car owner due to the company’s location

**SALARY**

**Up to £25,000 - £28,000 Depending on Experiences + Excellent Benefits**
