**Workshop Controller**:
Job description

We are looking for a Workshop Controller to join our team at Days Ford, Garngoch Swansea, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at all times and co-ordinate and assist in the service and repair of all motor vehicles coming through the workshop.

You will be required to road test vehicles, carry out Quality Control checks and maintain the integrity of all manufacturer product information.


You will work closely with the Service Manager on the day-to-day scheduling and running of the workshop. You will require a keen attention to detail, and be able to work accurately at all times, with the ability to work under pressure. You will be tasked with supervising a team of Technicians to make sure the work is done to a high standard, It will be your role to make sure the vehicle goes through the workshop in a seamless manner while liaising with the Service Advisors who can keep the customer fully up to date.
