**The Role: -**

As one of the Warehouse Supervisors within the Main Picking and Packing Warehouse you will be expected to work together and take ownership of the production team, the systems and work to improve efficiency at all times. You must be able to work under pressure taking a hands on approach, and be skilled at controlling, directing and motivating your staff in a safe environment.
- Ensuring that all relevant Health & Safety, MHRA and Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to and effectively communicated to the team
- Communicating with employees regarding previous days’ performance levels
- Identify training requirements and liaise with Training and QC Supervisor to deliver
- Monitoring team performance against KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Perform and document performance reviews
- Dealing with absence management, including return to work interviews
- Completion of preventative maintenance, health and safety and compliance documentation
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff effectively
- Organise your team to achieve a balanced workflow in order to meet deadlines
- Able to motivate team to achieve the required output

Finally, you’re motivated, passionate about meeting deadlines and thrive on the challenge of delivering the final product to the highest standard.
- Experienced leader with previous warehouse / team management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a large team
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent PC skills (Excel, Word)

**It will be advantageous if you have: -**
- A management qualification - such as ILM level 1-5 (Institute of Leadership & Management)
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical environment and working under MHRA guidelines
- Thorough understanding of health and safety - proficient delivering risk assessments

**Job Type**:
- Full-time, permanent

**Hours of Work: -**

Position 1: 11am - 8pm Monday to Friday

Position 2: 5pm - 2am Monday to Friday
