Option to buy/sell holiday and enhanced parental leave.Support & Development: Extensive learning opportunities from day one.Health & Wellbeing: Free virtual GP service, Healthy Mind Champions, and morePerks: Contributory pension scheme and life assurance, staff discounts, exclusive holiday offers, free financial support and education.Job DescriptionAs a Warehouse Supervisor you will support the Hub Manager by taking ownership of the Late Shift, ensuring that operational targets and SLA’s are met, site Health & Safety is upheld, and any team escalations are dealt with.You will supervise a team of 11 operatives across Warehouse and Admin, so ideally you will have previous team leader/supervisory experience gained within a logistics/distribution environment, as well as stock management knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.QualificationsAt Rexel, we prioritise hiring individuals based on behaviours and potential, rather than requiring specific formal qualifications for roles.
