**Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through a consultative sales process and prospecting clients through various sources. This is a business development role where you will work autonomously towards KPI's and targets whilsthaving on hands on training into the world of professional services.

**What you will be doing as a Business Development Executive**:

- Sourcing, analysing and building a book of business with high quality target prospects.
- Be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the form of appointments booked, pipeline and revenue.
- Defining your own sales pipeline
- Creating and maintaining executive and senior management relationships
- Consultative selling with a defined sales methodology to be able to win business consistently.
- Develop creative outreach campaigns that inform, educate and demonstrate our passion to make a difference to our clients and their people.

**The Buiness Development Executive we are looking for**:

- You will have a strong academic background with consistent results ideally up to degree level.
- Strong methodical and analytical skills to be able to converse with senior decision makers on the challenges of running their businesses.
- Top notch communicator with strong skills in both written and verbal.
- A sales/business development 'know-how’ with a strong work ethic to always drive for success
- Some commercial experience working in a front-line role with clients either in Account Management or Business Development.
- A good understanding on the dynamics of the professional services industry. You might even be working in professional services and want to move more into a business development career.
