**Job Title**: Low Risk Supervisor

**Reports to**:Low Risk Manager/Backshift Manager

**Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm**

**Main activities**:
1. Supports the team leader in delegating staff members duties for that day.

2. Sets performance goals and deadlines in line with company demands and communicate these to the team.

3. Monitor employee’s productivity levels and provide constructive feedback or coaching.

5. Oversee stock rotation, holidays and the Safety of all team members, ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are followed at all times.

6. Manage conflict within the team, resolving problems when necessary.

7. Pass on relevant information from upper management to team members and vice versa.

8. Monitor KPI’s, including levels of waste, productivity and attendance.

4. Knowledge of processes used within the food industry, or specific processes used within the company.

Pay: £15.15 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wigan: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food production: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
