**Job Title: Graduate Analyst**
**Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum**
**Location: Hemel Hempstead (flexible working available)**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm**

**The Role:
**- Collecting invoices from suppliers
- Requesting annual budgets from suppliers and providing budget reports
- Creating agendas for meetings and putting together meeting packs
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Helping to draft documentation for policies
- Managing the training log to schedule and record all training sessions
- Assisting the team in ongoing projects
- Supporting on service review projects

**Skills/Experience Required:
**- An enthusiastic graduate (or equiv.)
- A demonstrable interest in Pensions and related topics
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up internal systems and processes quickly
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar knowledge
- IT proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Confident and clear communicator
- Willingness to travel on occasion for client meetings***
