**Role**: Junior Data Analyst

**Salary**: £30-35,000

**Location**: Hemel Hempstead

My client is seeking a bright, hardworking graduate, to join their high performing data analysis team. Working as an industry leader in the **Plant and Machine hire** industry, they have the opportunity to work with some of the **world's biggest manufacturing companies**, as well as working on**large scale projects** such as the **Olympic Park** and **HS2** railway (there is opportunity for site visits)

Your main focus in this role will be on **sustainability**. In line with the governments aims, my client seeks to be **carbon neutral by 2030**. By focusing on **emission data**, you aim will be to **improve the sustainability of the machines** they provide to their clients.

In a role here as a **Graduate Data Analyst**, your typical working week will be split into two parts. The first half of the week will be focused on **dashboard creation and report writing**. Using **PowerBI**, you will tell a story with the data from client's machine, offering insight into how reduce carbon emissions, fuel consumption and more. The second half of your week willturn towards **liaising and building relationships with clients**. This will include site visits, client meetings and more.

**Essential requirements**
- Experience (academic or commercial) with **dashboard creation** using **PowerBI or other reporting tool**:

- Great knowledge on **sustainability/environment** (relevant degree or work experience)
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in presentation delivery
- Quick learner
- Independent worker
