Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a Full -Time Mortgage Administrator to join a well-established Mortgage Brokers in Cobham.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 12 months mortgage administration experience. Depending on experience, can be flexible with working hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and solicitors to obtain updates on applicant status
- Uploading documents and responding to Lender enquiries
- Speaking to clients to obtain information and documents
- Data processing and general administration of paperwork required for compliance
- Updating the Brokers on case updates and status

Skills & Experience Required:

- A minimum of 12 months mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Good communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Web based data entry
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
