Due to continuing expansion our client, an international Financial Services Company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Sales Support/Trainee Relationship Manager to complement their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers and clients at all levels.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients.
- Provide detailed management information reports to clients and the Executive Team as and when required.
- Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments
- Adhere to GDPR legislation with regard to the processing of personal and confidential information.
- Keep accurate records of sales, contacts and deals using the company CRM system.

Experience within Sales and/or Sales Administration role would be beneficial as would excellent IT skills and experience of a CRM system, you will always display exceptional organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to workwith the ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A degree, financial services or financial qualification would be desirable.
